Corniche Orbital Mall and Cultural Complex

This design presents a major commercial and cultural development planned for Abu Dhabi Corniche. The project features two landmark buildings shaped around dynamic elliptical forms that create a strong sculptural presence on the waterfront. Their fluid envelopes and layered roof structures allow the buildings to function as contemporary icons within the urban landscape. The architecture combines commercial, leisure and public functions within a unified masterplan. The larger structure is designed for retail, mixed entertainment and event spaces. The second structure accommodates a cultural exhibition hall and hospitality related functions. Together they form a destination that serves both residents and international visitors. The exterior language is defined by continuous ribbon surfaces, controlled daylight openings and advanced glazing systems. These elements reinforce the futuristic identity of the development and support the building's operational efficiency. Landscaped areas, water features and public art zones frame the complex and create a complete urban destination.
