Dubai Hills Residential Terraces

This project introduces a collection of modern mid-rise residential buildings located in Dubai Hills Estate. The architecture features a series of eight story towers defined by angular balconies, open terraces and a clean structural expression. Each building is positioned within a landscaped setting that supports community living, pedestrian movement and outdoor recreation. The design uses shifting balconies and geometric lines to create a distinct visual identity. Large glazing panels provide natural light and wide exterior views. The master layout integrates greenery, water features, walkways and shared spaces, creating a compact residential environment with a strong sense of place. This project is designed for Dubai's growing residential market, offering contemporary homes surrounded by open landscape and community amenities.
