Overview
This project introduces a set of contemporary residential towers located within Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. Each tower features a distinctive arrangement of stacked terraces, clean horizontal lines and floor to ceiling glazing. The façade combines deep balcony projections with warm material accents to create a strong architectural character.
The master layout places the towers within a landscaped setting that encourages walkability and outdoor living. Pathways, planting zones, water features and community gathering areas form a central open space that connects the buildings. The design supports Dubai's growing demand for modern multi-family residential communities with generous terraces and bright interior spaces.
The concept aims to deliver elegant city living with a clear architectural identity suited for a dynamic urban district.
