Lattice Tower Hotel
A high-rise hotel tower defined by a vertical exoskeleton with geometric lattice, creating a distinctive identity within the Dubai skyline.
Location:Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Size:65,000 - 75,000 sqm
Year:50 months
Overview
This project introduces a high-rise hotel tower planned for Dubai Business Bay. The building is defined by a vertical exoskeleton that wraps the entire structure with a geometric lattice. This creates a strong architectural presence and provides controlled shading for the guest rooms. The tower's sculpted silhouette and illuminated façade pattern give it a distinctive identity within the city skyline.
The interior program features hotel rooms, serviced apartments, restaurants, meeting areas and wellness spaces. The ground level includes a double height entrance with a clear arrival sequence for guests. The design focuses on a refined guest experience supported by efficient circulation and clear zoning.
