This headquarters concept is designed as a clear financial landmark within a central business district in Dubai, UAE. The building is shaped by a series of vertical concrete fins and full height glass panels that create a strong civic presence. A large entrance canopy marks the arrival point and guides visitors toward a double height lobby. A golden perforated volume is placed above the entrance and becomes a distinct night feature. The interior layout supports public banking services on the lower levels and corporate offices above. The external plaza is designed as an open civic space with seating, lighting and a direct approach to the main steps. The project introduces a modern institutional image that suits international finance groups and government backed developments seeking a clear, confident architectural identity in Dubai.
