Triad Business Towers

A landmark business destination with three sculpted high-rise volumes featuring tessellated glass skin that captures light throughout the day.

Location:TBD
Size:180,000 - 220,000 sqm
Year:36 to 42 months

Overview

This commercial tower complex is planned as a landmark business destination within a future urban district. The architecture is driven by three sculpted high-rise volumes that rise from the ground with a pronounced geometric form. Each tower leans inward to create a shared arrival court and a strong urban identity. The façade uses a tessellated glass skin that captures light throughout the day and creates a distinct visual signature at night. The development brings together premium offices, commercial zones and shared public spaces arranged around a central landscaped podium. The ground level integrates circulation routes, drop-off areas and retail edges that encourage pedestrian movement. A glass dome anchors the podium and can support an event space, exhibition area or lobby feature. The composition is designed to work as a gateway into a business district or mixed-use masterplan. The towers serve as anchor elements that provide high visibility, large leasable areas and a contemporary architectural presence.
